- Fix your Wake up time - and it should be before the time when sun rises.
- Have a litre of warm water - and you can have it different ways like you may add a lemon or Honey or cucumber or cumin seeds to it.
- Do oil pulling - take a spoon of cold pressed oil and swish it around in your mouth for 10-15 minutes.
- Massage - if it's possible massage your whole body gently by oil about 10-15 minutes.
- Physical exercise - whichever form of exercise you enjoy the most that you should add in this make sure that it has some physical and breathing exercises.
- Meditation - its a mental exercise which is as important as physical one. gradually you may increase your time of meditation.
