This is the list of the activities or rituals that you have to have before sleeping at night for healthiest life.

  1. Sleeping time - Fix your sleeping time and it should be as early as  possible after  the sun sets.                                                                    
  2. Dinner - Have your dinner before         8 pm  and it should be light healthy for avoiding too much of calories and  which can be digested  easily. 
                                                     
  3.  Healthy Kadha - Have this kadha and   make sure that you have this kadha.       at least 1 hr. Before  you go to sleep.
        
  4. Brush your teeth -  brushing your    teeth and tongue will help to freshen up your breath and clean your mouth by removing bacteria.                                             
  5. Wash your face - Gently rub your face with lukewarm water and wash it off by cold water. you can use face wash.

  6. Drink warm water - Drink a cup of warm water which will help you to  digest your food and clean your system.                                                               
  7. Meditation - Meditate for 10-15 minutes so that you will get proper relaxation from your daily exertion.                                     
  8. Sleeping duty - Go to sleep with positive thoughts and smile on your face.
